From West City Limits Road and 8th Street/SD Hwy 52: Travel west 5.4 miles. Turn north/right onto Kniest Avenue. Entrance will be on your left.
About Us
Nestled next to the Missouri River and Lewis and Clark Lake west of Yankton, Midway Gulch Campground & Cabins is a privately owned seasonal campground with 7 rustic log cabins and 35 shaded full hook-up permanent RV sites.
The log cabins are available for daily, weekend, weekly, or monthly stays all year long. Four cabins offer two bedrooms, one on main level and one in the basement. Three cabins offer one main-level bedroom. All cabins have a bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette.
The grounds are full of trees, offering much-needed shade during South Dakota's warm summers. The culture is the epitome of Midwest nice, with welcoming staff and friendly permanent RV campers on site. Lewis and Clark Recreation Area and Lewis and Clark Lake are just a short drive or walk to the south, offering endless outdoor recreation opportunities.
