CyberCloak.Tech seeks a part-time IT support technician. Work is mostly remote. Some jobs need on-site travel in the Siouxland area.
Duties:
- Answer client help desk tickets
- Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, user accounts)
- Handle basic network and endpoint troubleshooting
- Assist with new client onboarding tasks
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- General IT support background (helpdesk, break/fix, or similar)
- Reliable, on-demand availability — this is not a full-time role
- Own transportation for occasional on-site visits, good wireless access
- Comfortable signing a standard contractor agreement and NDA
This is a 1099 contract position. Pay is per ticket/hour, to be discussed.
