Student Affairs Office Manager

Overview
Mount Marty University is accepting applications for a Student Affairs Office Manger. This role is a non exempt, .75 time position. The manager’s primary duties are to provide front-line customer service for the office of Student Affairs while providing support to departmental staff, enabling them to effectively advance the university’s mission. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
 
Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Greet and provide information to students, staff, faculty and general public who call the main line, visit, or otherwise correspond with the office.
  • Maintain confidential information and communicate promptly, clearly, sensitively, and securely with administrators, staff, students, parents/guardians.
  • Supervise work study students and maintain student employee schedules and weekly hours.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the office and perform essential tasks utilizing the Anthology Student Information System (SIS) such as accessing student information, creating holds, documenting immunizations, processing invoices, reconciling budget entries.
  • Provide support for various special events, activities, assignments and projects as assigned including, but not limited to, New Student Orientation, Senior Send Off and Homecoming.
  • Oversee the institution's key card access system (AccessIT) in coordination with IT and Campus Safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the VPSS.
 
Qualifications
  • Three years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
