Southeast CASA is seeking a dedicated, organized, and compassionate Program Assistant to join our mission-driven team. This part-time position (up to 30 hours per week) supports our work advocating for abused and neglected children in our five-county service area. The Program Assistant provides essential support to the Executive Director, Case Manager, and Development Manager. This position assists with case management tasks, family visits, communication with community partners, data entry, record keeping, administrative duties, and support for volunteer recruitment and fundraising activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support case management, including assisting with family visits and stakeholder communication
- Maintain accurate case data, files, and confidential records
- Assist with program outreach
- Support administrative tasks for all Southeast CASA staff
- Assist with special events and fundraising activities
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with families, volunteers, and community partners
- Represent Southeast CASA’s Mission and Vision with professionalism and compassion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfort working with people of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity
- Proficiency with computers (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to travel within the service area
- Experience with children, social services, or trauma-informed environments preferred (but not required)
- Part-time: Up to 30 hours/week
- Pay: $19.00/hour
- Benefits: Accrued PTO
- Schedule: Flexible daytime hours; no evening or overnight travel
