The Carols of Christmas

The Adult Choir of the Yankton United Church of Christ-Congregational invites everyone to its traditional "Carols of Christmas" concert, which includes anthems and professional instrumentalists, but also a chance for all to "carol" as the emphasis is on everyone singing seasonal favorites. You'll hear everything from the popular 1960s classic "Do You Hear What I Hear?" to Bach's "Jesu, joy of man's desiring" to the exciting African piece "Hope for Resolution." Accompaniments will be provided by organ, piano, oboe, saxophone, and flute. All takes place in the accessible (through elevator entrance) and seasonally decorated historic sanctuary.
