We are excited to tell you about the raffle/fundraiser we have created to assist a former employee and native local, Royce Reisner as he and his amily battle his Stage 4 cancer. Royce Reisner works for the city of Yankton and assists a local farmer in the evenings and has for a long time. Prior to that, out of high school he was employed as tech by Broadway Chrysler. He and his wife married last year and welcomed their first baby in the last year. He has been told with 5 years of treatment, he has a 1% chance of survival.
When asked to donate to his silent auction, knowing Royce's love for motorcycles and especially Harley Davidsons, we brainstormed where we could find one to donate, but wanted to maximize the potential earnings for his family. Thus, we created this RIDE FOR ROYCE RAFFLE.
We are selling a maximum of 400 tickets (Hopefully 400!) at $100 each for a potential earnings of $40,000 for Royce's family as he battles through his treatments and care for his family.
Royce has been diagnosed with stage 4 Amelanotic Melanoma. He will need to travel to Omaha once a month for the next 2 years for treatments. Taylor and Royce just celebrated the birth of their first child and their wedding a couple of weeks ago. Please consider donating to this beautiful young family who are going through a lot right now.
