After many requests, the Mead Museum is featuring lefse as our Historic Cooking class! Lefse is a traditional soft Norwegian flatbread that is made of flour and sometimes riced potatoes! The tradition of making lefse was brought to America by Norwegian immigrants. Rob will explain how to make lefse using traditional methods on Sunday September 17 at 2 PM at the Mead Museum.
