An informal reception honoring Bruce Myers, Yankton’s 2025 Citizen of the Year, will be held Saturday, July 18, at Riverside Park in Shelter No. 3. The event will run from 10:30 a.m.-noon, with a brief special program slated for approximately 11 a.m. All are welcome
